What does Captello build?

Captello builds four core solutions that run as one system. Lead capture is where it starts, not where it stops. Each step feeds the next, and all four flow into attributed revenue.

Parallel track · Event Operations

Run the event itself. Turn the floor into a revenue line.

Event Operations runs alongside the four as its own track, built for the teams whose job is the event itself: show organizers and corporate teams hosting their own events. It covers on-site registration, check-in, networking, and lead capture, scoped to the show floor, and it lets organizers offer exhibitors lead retrieval as a revenue line.

Where did Captello come from?

More than ten years ago, Captello’s founders trademarked the phrase Revenue Generation Software. Nobody in the events industry talked that way then: the industry measured events in badge scans and booth traffic, and the question was always how many leads a team collected rather than how much revenue an event created.

Revenue Generation Software
The line Captello staked out before the category had a name for it.

Captello registered the trademark because the category would eventually have to catch up, and everything built since points at the same goal: proving the revenue an event produces, with revenue a team can trace rather than activity counts. More than a decade later, Captello is a profitable company, a proven industry leader, and the category now measures events the way Captello always has.

The industry, then

Events measured in activity

  • Badge scans
  • Booth traffic
  • “How many leads did we collect?”

Events measured in revenue

  • Attributable pipeline
  • Traceable revenue
  • “How much revenue did the event create?”
